Setup & Requirements

Required for Operation

AirIQ Wi-Fi control and approximately 120 lb of approved sauna stones are required and sold separately unless specifically included in your order.

Setup & Electrical Requirements

Installation and wiring must follow the current Saunum manual, required heater clearances, ventilation requirements, the National Electrical Code, and local building/electrical code. Electrical connection must be completed by a licensed, qualified electrician.

Warranty

Saunum provides a 2-year warranty for private/residential sauna use, subject to the manufacturer's installation and warranty conditions. Commercial/public-use coverage may differ.

This heater ships by LTL freight. Delivery method, destination access, and current lead time will be confirmed during fulfillment.

Returns

Return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days of delivery and require prior authorization from Golf & Wellness Lab. Products must generally be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging.
