1. Introduction

At Golf & Wellness Lab, operated by JPCore Ventures Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide high-quality golf and wellness products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help, subject to the terms outlined below.


2. Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. All returns require prior approval before any item is sent back.


3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Supplier Fulfillment Notice:
Many products sold through Golf & Wellness Lab are fulfilled directly by authorized manufacturers or distribution partners. Because of this, return authorization and return instructions may vary depending on the product. Customers must contact our support team before returning any item so that we can provide the correct return instructions and destination.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Installed or used items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products marked as non-returnable

Certain large equipment or specialty products may not be eligible for return once shipped unless defective.


5. Supplier-Specific Conditions

Some products are shipped directly from our manufacturing or fulfillment partners. As a result, return eligibility, restocking fees, return locations, and processing timelines may vary depending on the supplier.

Any applicable conditions will be communicated during the return approval process.

Some manufacturers or suppliers may apply restocking fees on approved returns. If applicable, these fees will be communicated during the return authorization process.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described.
  • Company Responsibility: If a return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, installation costs, and service fees are non-refundable.


7. Freight & Oversized Items

Large or oversized items shipped via freight may have additional return requirements, including palletization, inspection, or carrier coordination. These requirements will be communicated prior to return approval.


8. Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you promptly.


10. Return Authorization

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused. Golf & Wellness Lab reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
