Golf & Wellness Lab is operated by JPCore Ventures Inc. These Terms govern use of golfwellnesslab.com and purchases or services provided directly by Golf & Wellness Lab. Additional product-specific, supplier-specific, quote, referral, shipping, return, warranty, or promotional terms may also apply.
1. Eligibility and Use
You must have legal capacity to enter into a transaction with us. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
2. Product Information and Availability
We work with multiple manufacturers, distributors, and brand partners. Product specifications, images, availability, lead times, pricing, and manufacturer information may change. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but reserve the right to correct errors before final fulfillment.
3. Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee final acceptance. We may cancel, hold, or refuse an order because of product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, supplier restrictions, geographic restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are generally displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment methods are those shown at checkout or on an approved quote or invoice. Payment processing is governed by our Payment & Billing Policy. Taxes and exceptional shipping charges may apply where required or disclosed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Because orders may be fulfilled by different suppliers, carriers, fulfillment methods, and lead times may vary by product. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, restocking charges, refused deliveries, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and any disclosed product-specific exception.
7. Warranties
Product warranties are generally provided by the applicable manufacturer and are governed by the manufacturer’s written warranty terms. Golf & Wellness Lab may assist with claim routing and documentation as described in our Warranty Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
8. Referral and Partner-Direct Products
Some products or services featured on our website may be offered through a referral, affiliate, or partner-direct relationship. In those cases, Golf & Wellness Lab may introduce or refer you to a partner while the final payment, sale, contract, fulfillment, and post-sale obligations are handled by that partner. The applicable partner terms govern the final partner-direct transaction.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, website content created by or for Golf & Wellness Lab is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Manufacturer trademarks, product images, manuals, specifications, and other supplier-provided content remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
10. User Submissions and Reviews
If you submit reviews, testimonials, images, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content for operating and promoting the business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
11. Health and Performance Information
Golf, recovery, wellness, sauna, cold therapy, red light, hyperbaric, and related information on our website is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Individual results vary. Consult an appropriate professional before using products where health conditions, contraindications, or safety concerns may apply.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may link to manufacturer, referral-partner, payment, financing, shipping, or other third-party services. Their separate terms and policies apply to their services.
13. Disclaimer of Website Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every website statement will remain free from error. This does not disclaim any express product warranty or non-waivable consumer right.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JPCore Ventures Inc. and Golf & Wellness Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or breach of these Terms. Any limitation is subject to applicable consumer-protection law and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply based on the customer’s location. Before formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and attempt a good-faith resolution. Any arbitration, class-action waiver, forum-selection, or similar clause should be treated as subject to separate legal review before being relied upon.

We may update these Terms as our operations, supplier network, or legal requirements change. The current posted version applies prospectively from its effective date unless otherwise required by law.
