Founded in 2025, Golf & Wellness Lab was built on the belief that sustainable performance comes from disciplined practice, thoughtful recovery, and well-designed systems that support long-term consistency - on the course and beyond it.

At first glance, golf technology and home wellness may seem like two different worlds. We see them as parts of the same system.

On the golf side, we focus on equipment that helps golfers practice, play, and improve year-round - including golf simulators, launch monitors, enclosures, impact screens, and related technology.

On the wellness side, we focus on equipment designed to support recovery and well-being at home - including saunas, cold therapy, red light therapy, compression recovery, and related wellness equipment.

Practice matters. Performance matters. Recovery does too.

Our Approach

We take a deliberate approach to the products and brands represented at Golf & Wellness Lab.

Rather than trying to be everything to everyone, we focus on established manufacturers and specialized equipment that fit within the golf performance and home wellness categories we serve.

Products are offered through Golf & Wellness Lab and fulfilled through authorized manufacturers, distributors, and approved brand partners. Depending on the product and our relationship with the manufacturer or partner, certain purchases may be completed through a partner-supported or referral process.

Our goal is to make it easier to research, compare, and purchase equipment that can otherwise be complicated to buy online.
