Authorized Dealer & Price Match Policy

Golf & Wellness Lab is operated by JPCore Ventures Inc. We work with manufacturers, distributors, and brand partners through different commercial arrangements.

1. Authorized Dealer and Reseller Status

For products sold directly through Golf & Wellness Lab, our authority to market, sell, and support the product is based on the applicable manufacturer, distributor, or partner relationship. Authorization status, account designation, fulfillment route, pricing rules, and support obligations may vary by brand and product.

2. Direct Sales vs Partner-Direct Sales

Some products featured on our website are sold directly by Golf & Wellness Lab. Other products may be offered through a referral or partner-direct model, where Golf & Wellness Lab introduces the customer to a manufacturer or partner but does not process the final payment or fulfill the order. In those cases, the final transaction is between the customer and the partner.

3. Product-Specific Verification

If you want to verify whether a specific item is sold directly by Golf & Wellness Lab or by a partner, contact us before purchase. We will provide the applicable transaction path based on the current partner relationship.

4. Price Match Requests

For select products sold directly by Golf & Wellness Lab, we may consider a price-match request at our discretion and subject to manufacturer or MAP requirements.

A qualifying request generally requires that:

• the product is identical in brand, model, configuration, and condition;
• the competitor is an authorized seller;
• the product is currently in stock and publicly offered;
• the competing price is verifiable and available to the general public; and
• the request is submitted before purchase unless we expressly agree otherwise.

5. Exclusions

Price matching may not apply to partner-direct transactions, clearance or liquidation pricing, used/open-box products, membership-only prices, financing incentives, bundles with different components, coupon stacking, typographical errors, limited-quantity offers, unauthorized sellers, marketplace sellers, or promotions that violate manufacturer pricing rules.

6. Final Decision

All price-match requests are subject to verification and applicable manufacturer or distributor restrictions. We may decline a request where the competing offer is not commercially equivalent or where matching would violate partner terms.
