Setup & Requirements
Place the tub on a flat, level surface capable of safely supporting its approximately 2,021 lb filled weight. Provide practical fill/drain access, safe GFCI-protected power, and clear airflow around the chiller. When used outdoors, protect the chiller from direct weather exposure with an appropriate weatherproof cover. Follow the current installation and operation instructions before filling or powering the system.

Warranty
The SaunaLife immersion tub carries a 2-year limited residential warranty for the original retail purchaser, subject to manufacturer terms. Shipping
The handcrafted tub ships by appointment on a wooden pallet with protective wood encasement. Standard delivery is curbside. The chiller normally ships with the tub; remote or complex destinations may require additional freight charges.
Returns
Return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days of delivery and require prior authorization from Golf & Wellness Lab. Products must generally be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging. Product-specific supplier conditions, restocking fees, return shipping costs, or exclusions may apply. Do not return or refuse delivery of a product without first contacting us.
