Setup & Requirements

Place the plunge on a flat, stable surface designed to support the filled tub. LeisureCraft's current drawing lists a dry weight around 400 lb and roughly 190 gallons of water, adding approximately 1,585 lb when filled. Confirm safe access, drainage, and any chiller electrical requirements before use.

Cold immersion involves inherent risks. Follow the manufacturer's safety and maintenance instructions, never allow unsupervised child access, and consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use if you have a health condition or other concern that may make cold exposure unsuitable.

Warranty

LeisureCraft-manufactured products carry a 5-year residential limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the manufacturer's terms. Warranty coverage is generally limited to replacement parts and excludes service, labor, and installation costs.

This is an oversize freight product. Shipping eligibility, delivery method, lead time, and any destination-specific charges or access requirements will be confirmed during fulfillment.

Returns

Return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days of delivery and require prior authorization from Golf & Wellness Lab. Products must generally be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging.
