Setup & Requirements
Confirm the Starter 10 enclosure dimensions, room width and ceiling height, safe full-swing clearance, projector throw, hitting position, electrical outlets, and compatible computer/device requirements before ordering. Position LaunchBox beside the hitting area on a stable, level surface and follow TruGolf's current calibration and connectivity instructions.
Warranty
TruGolf hardware is covered by a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty from the shipment date against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to TruGolf’s warranty terms and exclusions. Golf & Wellness Lab can assist with the warranty support process.

This simulator package ships by freight. TruGolf currently indicates an approximate two-week ship window for the Starter 10 package, but production and freight timing can vary. Final delivery timing and destination-specific requirements will be confirmed during fulfillment.
Returns
TruGolf currently offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on this Starter 10 package when the system is returned in original packaging and like-new condition; return freight is the customer's responsibility. All returns require prior authorization from Golf & Wellness Lab. Do not return or refuse delivery without first contacting us.
