Setup & Requirements

Before delivery, confirm the installation location can support the filled unit, provide the required electrical service, and accommodate water supply, drainage, access, and service clearances. Indoor and outdoor installations have different preparation requirements, so review the applicable KOHLER installation documentation before site work begins.

Delivery & Installation

KOHLER schedules white-glove delivery directly with the recipient. The service includes transportation, placement inside or outside the home (up or down one flight of stairs), leveling the tub, and removal of packaging materials. Delivery is by appointment on a wooden pallet. Site electrical, plumbing, drainage, structural, access, or finishing work may require separate preparation.

Warranty

KOHLER warranty coverage is governed by the manufacturer's written warranty terms for this model. Golf & Wellness Lab can assist with warranty documentation and claim routing for products purchased directly from us.

Shipping

The product price includes $3,000 white-glove delivery within the contiguous United States. No additional standard freight charge applies for these deliveries. Rare remote or complex delivery areas may require additional charges or a separate quote. Delivery outside the contiguous United States, if available, requires a separate quote. Delivery access and scheduling are confirmed before fulfillment.

Returns

Return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days of delivery and require prior authorization from Golf & Wellness Lab. Products must generally be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging. Product-specific supplier conditions, restocking fees, return shipping costs, or exclusions may apply. Do not return or refuse delivery of a product without first contacting us.
