The KOHLER C2 Outdoor Sauna is a freestanding outdoor sauna designed for residential wellness spaces, combining a Scandinavian spruce interior with a Douglas Fir exterior. KOHLER offers the C2 in configurations for up to 3, 5, or 6 people.

Setup Requirements
The C2 requires a properly prepared outdoor installation area. Before delivery, confirm the selected location is level, structurally suitable, accessible for freight delivery and staging, and able to support the sauna's electrical and drainage requirements. Electrical, ventilation, site preparation, and cosmetic or finishing work may not be included with installation services.

Installation
White-glove installation is offered as a selectable product option where available. Final installation scope and pricing depend on the selected configuration and site conditions. Site electrical work, ventilation, drainage, structural preparation, and finishing work should be confirmed separately before installation.
Shipping
Large KOHLER sauna orders ship by scheduled freight delivery. Standard shipping is included for eligible destinations under the Golf & Wellness Lab Shipping Policy; destination-specific, access, or special-service charges may apply. Customers may be contacted before fulfillment to confirm delivery access and site details.
Returns
Return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days of delivery and require prior authorization from Golf & Wellness Lab. Products must generally be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging. Product-specific supplier conditions, restocking fees, return shipping costs, or exclusions may apply. Do not return or refuse delivery of a product without first contacting us.
