Setup & Requirements
Place the tub on a flat, stable surface capable of supporting the filled system. For chiller-equipped configurations, provide the required electrical service, drainage/fill access, and unobstructed chiller intake/exhaust ventilation. All electrical connections must follow the manufacturer instructions and applicable local code.
Important Use Information
Cold immersion involves inherent risks. Follow the manufacturer's safety and maintenance instructions and consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use if you have a health condition or other concern that may make cold exposure unsuitable.
Warranty
The LeisureCraft-manufactured tub is covered by LeisureCraft's 5-year residential limited warranty, subject to manufacturer terms. A Penguin chiller carries its separate 1-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage is generally limited to replacement parts and excludes service, labor, and installation costs.

This is an oversize freight product. Shipping eligibility, delivery method, lead time, and any destination-specific charges or access requirements will be confirmed during fulfillment.
Returns
Return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days of delivery and require prior authorization from Golf & Wellness Lab. Products must generally be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging. Product-specific supplier conditions, restocking fees, return shipping costs, or exclusions may apply. Do not return or refuse delivery of a product without first contacting us.
