Setup & Site Requirements
Place the plunge on a flat, level surface capable of safely supporting the unit's approximately 1,650 lb filled weight. Confirm suitable GFCI-protected 110–120V power, drainage/fill access, ventilation around the chiller, and adequate access for the 500 lb freight shipment before delivery. Follow the installation and operation manual before filling or powering the system.

Shipping
Free freight shipping is included to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States. Canada shipping is currently listed at $490. Delivery is by appointment on a wooden pallet and is curbside only. Remote or complex delivery areas may require a separate freight quote.
Returns
Return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days of delivery and require prior authorization from Golf & Wellness Lab. Products must generally be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging. Product-specific supplier conditions, restocking fees, return shipping costs, or exclusions may apply. Do not return or refuse delivery of a product without first contacting us.
