The Finnmark FD-3 Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna is a spacious 3–4 person infrared home sauna designed to deliver high-temperature infrared sessions in a refined residential format.

Engineered with Finnmark’s full-spectrum infrared heating system, the FD-3 combines short-wave, long-wave, and near-infrared technology to provide even heat distribution throughout the cabin. Its generous interior makes it well suited for shared wellness routines in home gyms, wellness rooms, and dedicated recovery spaces.

Heating Technology

The FD-3 utilizes Finnmark’s proprietary combination of infrared heaters:

• UL-listed Spectrum Plus™ short-wave infrared heaters
• Spectrum Carbon 360° long-wave infrared panels
• Near-infrared LED ceiling lights

This configuration supports full-body infrared coverage and allows the sauna to reach temperatures of up to 170°F while operating on a residential electrical connection.

Materials & Construction

The interior is constructed from Western Canadian cedar, selected for its suitability in sauna environments. The exterior features Thermal Plus™ Aspen, a heat-treated wood designed for dimensional stability and long-term durability.

Double-wall construction with non-toxic wool insulation and 8 mm tempered glass supports thermal efficiency and structural integrity during regular use.
