The Finnmark FD-1 Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna is a compact 1-person infrared sauna designed to deliver high-temperature infrared sessions in a space-efficient footprint.
Engineered with Finnmark’s Spectrum Plus™ and Spectrum Carbon 360° infrared heating system, the FD-1 combines short-wave, long-wave, and near-infrared technology to provide full-body infrared coverage. This dual-heater configuration allows the sauna to reach elevated temperatures while operating on a standard residential electrical outlet.
Designed for individual use, the FD-1 is well suited for home wellness rooms, gyms, and personal recovery spaces where footprint and performance are equally important.

Heating Technology
The FD-1 utilizes a combination of UL-listed Spectrum Plus™ short-wave infrared heaters and Spectrum Carbon 360° long-wave infrared panels, complemented by near-infrared LED ceiling lights. This configuration delivers even infrared distribution throughout the cabin.
Each heater is strategically positioned to support consistent heat coverage during use.
Materials & Construction
The interior is constructed from Western Canadian cedar, selected for its durability and suitability for sauna environments. The exterior features Thermal Plus™ Aspen, a heat-treated wood designed for long-term stability.
Double-wall construction with non-toxic wool insulation supports thermal efficiency, while tempered glass panels help retain heat during sessions.
