Payment Policy

Golf & Wellness Lab is operated by JPCore Ventures Inc. This policy explains how payments are handled for purchases made directly through Golf & Wellness Lab.
1. Currency and Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed and processed in USD. Your financial institution may apply foreign-exchange rates or fees if your account is denominated in another currency. Prices may change without notice before an order is placed.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods shown as available at checkout. Available methods may change over time based on Shopify, payment-processor, market, risk, or technical requirements. We do not promise the availability of any specific payment method unless it is displayed at checkout when you place your order.
3. Payment Authorization
Submitting an order authorizes us and our payment processors to charge the selected payment method for the order total and any clearly disclosed applicable taxes or charges. An order is not finally accepted until payment is authorized and the order passes any required verification.
4. Fraud and Verification
To protect customers and the business, we may review orders for suspected fraud or unauthorized activity and may request additional information before accepting or fulfilling an order. We may cancel or hold an order if verification cannot be completed or if we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse, or unauthorized use.
5. Taxes and Duties
Applicable taxes are calculated or collected where required by law and according to our tax settings at the time of checkout. For shipments to destinations where duties, brokerage, import taxes, or other government charges apply, responsibility will be disclosed where reasonably possible and handled according to the applicable shipping terms.
6. Shipping Charges
Our general operating model is to include standard shipping in the advertised product price for eligible destinations. Exceptional destination, freight, brokerage, or special-service charges may apply and will be disclosed before final fulfillment where applicable. See our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Invoices, Receipts, and Order Confirmation
Customers receive an electronic order confirmation or receipt after a successful purchase. Where a separate invoice or quote is used, its specific payment terms form part of the order terms.
8. Billing Errors
If we identify a billing error, we will correct it. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us promptly with your order number and details. We will investigate in good faith.
9. Refunds and Credits
Approved refunds and credits are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and are normally issued to the original payment method. Processing times imposed by banks, card issuers, and payment processors are outside our control.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to provide relevant order, communication, fulfillment, and delivery records to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.
11. Security
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or other approved payment processors. Golf & Wellness Lab does not independently store full payment-card credentials on its own servers. Payment processing is subject to the security controls and terms of the applicable payment provider.
12. Partner-Direct Transactions
For referral or partner-direct products, Golf & Wellness Lab may not process the customer’s payment. In those cases, the partner’s payment and billing terms apply to the final transaction, and this policy applies only to any separate Golf & Wellness Lab service or purchase, if any.
