Setup Requirements
The Solara is designed for indoor use on a stable, level surface. It plugs into a standard residential outlet and does not require special ventilation. SaunaBox states that two adults can typically assemble the four-panel structure in about 30 minutes without tools. Do not install or operate the unit outdoors; outdoor exposure voids the manufacturer warranty.
Shipping
Standard delivery is freight curbside. SaunaBox also offers room-of-choice and white-glove assembly upgrades in supported areas. Delivery timing and any destination-specific requirements will be confirmed during fulfillment.
Returns
Return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days of delivery and require prior authorization from Golf & Wellness Lab. Products must generally be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging. Product-specific supplier conditions, restocking fees, return shipping costs, or exclusions may apply. Do not return or refuse delivery of a product without first contacting us. Warranty
The Solara currently carries a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty on infrared heaters, controls, audio system, and wooden cabinetry for the original purchaser, subject to SaunaBox's warranty terms. The glass door, labor, misuse, water exposure, outdoor use, and other exclusions are not covered.
